Today on Health in 2 Point 00, Jess and I are back to cover more fun(draising) deals. First, Zocdoc raises $150 million and Jess asks me what’s going on with this old-school appointment scheduler? RapidSOS raises $85 million, bringing their total up to $220 in an infrastructure play for first responders, Capital Rx, which is a startup working to bring transparency to PBMs, raises $50 million, and eating disorder care startup Equip raises $13 million, bringing their total to $17 million. —Matthew Holt

Today on Health in 2 Point 00, we’ve apparently got 58 different SPACs looking to acquire health tech companies – so looks like Jess and I will be staying busy! On Episode 183, Jess asks me about Oscar Health filing their S1 and all the dirt people are digging up for IPO, Plume raising $14 million for their full stack clinic for transgender people, Sitka raising $14 million, and Alma raising $28 million providing practice management software for mental health providers. —Matthew Holt

On Episode 182 of Health in 2 Point 00, we’ve actually got deals less than $100 million. Starting off with one though, Sidecar Health raises $125 million bringing their total to $163 million. Folx raises $25 million providing telehealth for the LGBTQ+ community and growing fast, TimelyMD raises $60 million providing telehealth for colleges, another MSK company SWORD Health raises $25 million and GetWellNetwork acquires Docent Health for an undisclosed amount of money. —Matthew Holt

Today on Health in 2 Point 00, Jess asks me about Lyra Health raising $187 million — this is their third raise in less than a year — and gets my take on the SPAC rumor for 23andMe, which is valued at $2.5 billion and just raised $82.5 million in December, and the rumor about Ro following Hims & Hers in a SPAC. Sharecare IS planning on “SPAC-ing” and recently acquired Doc.ai, and DarioHealth acquires Upright Technologies for $31 million. —Matthew Holt

Today on Health in 2 Point 00, we’ve got quite a diverse set of companies to cover. MedArrive, which is Dan Trigub’s company – the former CEO of Uber Health – raises $4.5 million. Jess also asks me about PointClickCare acquiring Collective Medical, connecting data from EMRs in the acute care space into their long term care solution (I interviewed both companies on THCB Spotlights here). Consejo Sano quietly raised $17.1 million for their patient engagement and communication solution for the Hispanic community, and FOLX Health raises $4.4 million to provide care to LGBTQIA+ folks. —Matthew Holt

Today on Health in 2 Point 00, we have a huge IPO coming up – JD Health, a Chinese company which has a valuation of $28 billion, could raise up to $4 billion in its upcoming IPO. On Episode 171, Jess asks me about Everlywell raising $175 million in a Series D for at-home testing, everyone’s favorite keto startup Virta Health raising $65 million bringing its valuation to a billion, Olive Health already putting their funding raise to good use by acquiring Verata Health, and dtx company Click Therapeutics raising $30 million. —Matthew Holt

Today on Health in 2 Point 00, Jess & I are together in Marin County before Jess sets off! On Episode 170, Jess asks me about Olive raising $225 million following a recent raise as well, WithMe Health closing a $20 million Series B, Andor Health getting an undisclosed amount in a Series A with an investment from M12, Microsoft’s venture fund, Upfront Healthcare raising $11.5 million in a Series B, and Voluntis – which is a publicly traded DTx company in France – raising $7 million. —Matthew Holt
