Healthcare and the Managed Medicare and Medicaid markets is one of our largest
service lines. As we continue to grow our business working with the top Managed
Medicare and Medicaid partners we are looking for a dynamic Medicare and
Medicaid expert who understands the issues around those markets , is knowledgeable
about CMS processes and state regulatory processes and also has the business
savvy to design and manage our portfolio
of high value communication services in this space.
The Director of Medicare and Medicaid Markets is
1. Analyzing key trends in these markets and develop a business
plan for all levels of communication services to optimize revenue for
Silverlink in this market segment.
2. Working closely with customers and prospects to understand
and design specific communication services to meet their needs.
3. Maintain knowledge of
relevant CMS regulations and influence
4. Serving as a subject matter expert for sales support and
customers, support our sales and service teams
5. Developing messaging and positioning and perform competitive
analysis for these markets
6. Developing sales tools and other materials to convey our
position and service ROI/results
7. Working with product management to pro-actively drive
business requirements for product platform enhancements to improve our
capabilities to deliver high value solutions.
8. Collaborating with marketing communications and contribute
content development for industry specific sales materials and collateral
including brochures, slides sets, webinars, web promotion, newsletters, case
studies, sell sheets, press releases and bylines.
9. Identifying and supporting the evaluation of key business
partner; managing selected partners and developing other key strategic
relationships (thought leadership, consultants) for success in this market
10. Driving successful
business results in this market space (lead identification and development
strategies, revenue, revenue growth, etc.)
is seeking a candidate with:
- Broad-based marketing expertise
- In-depth knowledge of managed Medicare and Medicaid and managed care business functions either from the user/manager perspective or vendor design perspective.
- Specific market knowledge in Medicare and Medicaid operations (e.g. Marketing Communications, Customer Service, Enrollment, Billing, Claims, Broker Relations, Provider Relations)
- Excellent customer-facing communications skills
- Strong research skills to support product and service design.
experience including process design and planning is preferred. The successful candidate will be an organized
individual who pays great attention to detail, yet is capable of significant
creativity in re-imagining business processes.
