Octomum gives Kaiser a bellyache

First KP somehow gets landed with the Octomum, whom they most surely didn’t provided with the IVF in the first place. My assumption is that the multiple birth cost them into the middling 6 figures.

Now because a rogue employee released some of the Octomum’s records, they get hit with another $250K fine! I felt KP made a little too much fuss at the time about their services (the press conference crowing about the birth was a little much). But this is now an example of good deeds getting multiply punished….

  1. It(He,She) is lamentable these things, because a time ago behind wise that the medical services were a problem for many persons and up to the moment they neither find they do not even give any solution, apparently the government forgot what promised and it is now where it is that to there be remembered(reminded), before that is very late, the medical assurance is important for many people, like that they indicate it in findrxonline, the web page that delivers a lot of information about this debate.

I think I can guarantee without any fear whatever that he/she released Octomom’s PHI without any approval and against the policy.
But what does this mean “the fine shall be transferred to employee”? Shall we bring back indentured servitude? Garnish the employee’s wages at 50% for the rest of his/her life?

  3. I love KP…they were the best insurance company I have dealth with. Having said that, I am not sure how one thinks they did any good. wrongful relase of information is wrong. Now the question is thought if a company shall be held accountable for rogue employee. May be the fine shall be transferred to employee that is if he/she released it without any approval and against the policy.
