The submission process caused a little bit of controversy in the medical blogging world, but I think that we need to give Dmitriy the benefit of the doubt for providing what will hopefully be good and useful tools—after all no one complains that Google makes money off its users, but it sure does! Given that I have one of the most trafficked health care blogs (thanks Google!), I can tell you that they’re not money makers, so if Dmitriy can aggregate enough content to create a dollar flow that bloggers can share in, good luck to him.
