I don’t usually write about incidents from the drug war that don’t concern medical marijuana or opiates/pain management.  But this sentence of 2 years for a 17 year old high school kid for selling one joint sums up the insanity of the war on drugs, and how many of the nation’s District Attorneys have gone completely insane.

This could be anyone’s kid. Including yours.
