Cheney is out hunting with friends when one of them suddenly collapses. He doesn’t seem to be breathing and has a glazed look in his eyes. He frantically calls 911 and yells at the emergency worker “My friend is dead! What should I do?”
The emergency operator states, “Please calm down. I can help. The first thing we have to do is make sure your friend is really dead.”
There is a pause.
The operator hears the sound of gunfire, then “OK, now what?”
