  1. I will make one revision to your first advise. Not all doctors want to cut their workload – especially in small practices. I recommend that they go slow; i.e. start with one or two new patients per day. Do not start with your regular active patients. As you get comfortable, judiciously increase the patients on EMR. This will keep the level of productivity the same.
    Objective is NOT to lose any productivity.
